We strive to create a schedule that most efficiently provides for the dental needs of all the patients we serve. Because we reserve time exclusively for each patient, we ask that you make every effort to keep your reserved dental appointment.
Appointments must be confirmed or reschedule 2 business days prior to scheduled time. To notify us, please call 835-5116 our office during business hours.
We understand that there are unforeseen circumstances that cause reserved appointments to be missed without 2 business days notice. Changes to reserved time within 2 business days is considered a broken appointment. Future appointments will be handled as follows:
Grace for first broken appointment per patient within a 6 month period.
If a second broken appointment happens within the 6 month time frame a $50 appointment deposit will be required to rescheduled, or you can have subsequent appointments on a short notice basis as they become available.
